For couples not presently living in
Minnesota, but would like to get married here (as well for couples in other situations
where timing is a big factor), I have made it easier and more convenient by faxing/mailing
a copy of the wedding agreement and paying the deposit or total fee using PayPal.
Procedures:
Before you send me a deposit and
fax/mail me your agreement, send me an e-mail of your wedding date, time and location so I
can look at my calendar to see if I have that date and time available. To send me an

When I have verfied your date and time
is available, you will have 3 days to e-mail me the agreement and deposit funds in my
PayPal account.

Go to Paypal to use your PayPal account or your own credit card.
Holiday weddings (Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, New Year's Eve, Veteran's Day,
and President's Day) are $500. A special invoice can be sent to you through PayPal). No
weddings on Christmas Eve/Day or Thanksgiving Day.
When I have receive your signed
agreement and deposit,
>I will verify by e-mail receiving
your deposit and
agreement, and mark your wedding in my calendar.
>I will assign you the electronic form address so you may
begin selecting your wedding ceremony texts on-line,
mail you a loaner book and suggest a
date
for our first meeting when you are in Minnesota.
